STANDING COMMITTEES

• Program Committee : This committee decides on the criteria for luncheon speakers, determines the formats for programs, and chooses the speakers for each program. The 2004-2005 Program Committee Chair is Bob Root.
   
• Membership Committee : This committee focuses on recruiting and retaining members. They coordinate membership drives each year as well as other more targeted initiatives. The 2004-2005 Membership Committee Co-Chairs are Jean Merrick and Nancy Widmann.
   
• Communications Committee . The mission of the Communications Committee is to expand the audience for City Club programs through marketing to targeted audiences, enhanced media relations and optimal use of delayed broadcasts. The 2004-2005 Communications Chair is Margot Crowe.
   
• Special Events Committee . This committee coordinates events that are either related to one of our luncheon program topics or are otherwise deemed to further the mission of the City Club. The 2004-2005 Special Events Chair is Jack Maloney.
   
• Nominations Committee . This committee coordinates the nominating procedure of candidates for the City Club Board. The 2004-2005 Nominations Chair is John Greenman.
