Join City Club of Denver to hear Dr. Patricia Gabow, Chief Executive Officer, tell us how Denver Health has succeeded when so many other medical centers have floundered.Patricia A. Gabow, M.D., is Chief Executive Officer of Denver Health, one of the nation’s most efficient, highly- regarded integrated healthcare systems. Joining the staff in 1973 as Renal Division Chief, she is known for scientific work in polycystic kidney disease. Author of over 150 publications, Dr. Gabow is also Professor of Medicine, University of Colorado School of Medicine.Dr. Gabow has been elected to the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame. Recently she received Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Denver Business Journal and the Bonfils- Stanton Foundation. In December 2009, she was appointed to the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC).
